Summing It Up

Since today was an early release day, we just had enough time to have our assessment on grammar concepts: Active & Passive Voice, and Verbs.

For tomorrow, students should have written 4 drafts: Intro, Body Paragraph 1, Body Paragraph 2, and a Counter Argument/Rebuttal. These are drafts, so there is still work to be done.

We will discuss tomorrow in class how to conclude, and what steps are necessary to turn a draft into a published, polished work of writing. The final draft will be turned in at the end of class on Tuesday.

Anyone who needs models of paragraphs to help with this process, should look at the blog entries for earlier in the week. Most of the paragraphs can be found on the September 21st entry.
